The Mobilize, powered by Favorite Healthcare Staffing app just got an update! This latest version comes with enhanced features to provide you with a better user experience. Not only does the app have a sleeker look, but it also allows you to pick up shifts easier than ever before. 

The updated app includes a new home page with quick access buttons and alerts, a modernized design, and our newest feature, QuickShift! Learn more about QuickShift and how to navigate your way through the Mobilize app with step-by-step instructions below.

Favorite’s mobile app features and how to use them 

Easily access important information on the home page

Your Mobilize home page allows you to see timecards you need to complete, your upcoming schedule, and provides easy access to add your availability and view past shifts. Tap the bell icon in the top right corner to see all your Mobilize notifications.

 

 

If you have timecards that need to be submitted, tap the You have timecards to complete button to quickly navigate to the Schedule screen. If you just completed a shift, you can tap Complete timecard for the shift you just worked from the your schedule section. You can also easily search for new job opportunities by tapping the Find per diem or Find contracts buttons. Towards the bottom of the screen, you can also add your availability and view past shifts. 

 

View open job opportunities

The Favorite Healthcare Staffing mobile app, Mobilize, conveniently allows you to see all our current job openings. By logging into your Favorite employee profile in the app, you can easily access available per diem shifts near you, local contract positions, travel assignments, and direct hire jobs. You can even filter your job search by employment type, your class and area, a specific facility or facility type, the location, the shift or schedule, and more.

 

 

To start searching for open jobs, log into your Favorite employee profile in the Mobilize app and tap the Find Jobs button from the bottom navigation bar. Next tap the Filters button where you’ll be able to filter jobs by employment type, your class and area, a specific facility or facility type, the location, the shift or schedule, and more. 

Once you have filtered your job search to include the criteria you want, tap the Search button to view your job search results. As you search through open jobs, you can sort your job search results by start date, location, and pay. The job cards highlight shift date, facility location, shift length, pay, and more.

Once you find a job that matches your criteria, select the See details button to see more information about the job. From there, tap Book now to schedule the shift or tap Back to go back to your search results. If you see more than one shift you’d like to schedule, you can tap the Select box in the top right corner of the job card and then tap Continue to book. From the booking details screen, you’ll be able to see your selected shifts, where you can either choose to book or remove shifts. After booking a shift, you’ll see a confirmation screen where you can continue looking for jobs or return to home.   

 

Set up saved job searches and get job alert notifications

Did you know you can create saved job searches on Favorite’s mobile app? Instead of going to Favorite’s website to find your next shift or contract, we’ll send the opportunities directly to you! Simply set up your search criteria in the Mobilize app and save the search to get notified directly on your phone for contract, per diem, and direct hire job opportunities. 

 

 

Once you have filtered your job search to include the criteria you want, tap Create job alert in the top right corner of the find jobs screen. From here, enter your job alert name, then select how frequently you would like to receive notifications, and tap the Create job alert button to save your search.

After you set up a saved job search, make sure you have notifications for Mobilize turned on. To turn on notifications, Apple OS users can go to Notifications in their iPhone Settings, scroll down to the Mobilize app and toggle the Allow Notifications button on. Android OS users can go to the Settings app, tap Notifications, App Settings, All Apps, then select the Mobilize app and toggle notifications on or off. 

 

 

You can manage your job alerts by navigating to More in the navigation bar and selecting Job alerts. You can also customize the times you want to receive notifications in the Mobilize app by navigating to More, selecting Settings, and adjusting your notification window start and end times. 

 

Enter your work availability and instantly match to open per diem shifts 

As an active per diem employee with Favorite, you can view and manage your work schedule all in the Mobilize app. Add your per diem shift availability in Mobilize to instantly match to open jobs. 

 

 

To add your availability, first log into your Favorite employee profile in the Mobilize app. From the Home screen you can tap the Add availability button, or you can also add your availability by selecting Schedule from the bottom navigation bar, tapping the orange Add circle, and then Add availability. From the availability screen, select the date you want to add your availability for, then tap the Add button. Enter a start and end time or turn on the All Day toggle, then select to show if you are available or unavailable and tap Save.

 

 

After adding in your per diem availability you’ll see a new Find matching jobs button at the bottom of the schedule screen for the day you just added availability for. Tap the Find matching jobs button to see if there are matching shifts available. If there are matching shifts available, you see a job card for each available shift listing the job details. Check the Select box for the shift you want then tap Continue to book. From the booking details screen, tap Book Now to confirm the shift. From the confirmation screen you can navigate back to your home screen or tap Close to return to the availability screen and then tap the Back button to view your schedule. To manage a scheduled shift, please contact your local branch office. 

 

Manage your QuickShift invitations

 

 

Our new QuickShift feature enables the facilities you work at to Favorite you as a preferred employee. After you work at a facility and they select you as a preferred employee, the facility can send you a QuickShift invitation to come back and pick up shifts as they have new openings. 

When you get a QuickShift invitation, you will receive a push notification with details about the shift. In the Mobilize app, tap QuickShift from the bottom navigation bar to view your QuickShift invitations. Select a shift to view the full details and then you can accept or decline the QuickShift invite. You may not be the only employee invited to work a shift, so be sure to enable notifications in your phone settings so you don’t miss a QuickShift invitation! 

 

Submit timecards

 

 

If the facility you work at utilizes Mobilize for timekeeping, with just a few simple steps you can ensure your time is accurately recorded and submitted for approval. At the end of your shift, to submit your timecard, open the Mobilize app and from the navigation bar, tap Schedule. Select the shift you need to submit a timecard for and edit your timecard details, including shift start time, end time, and meal duration. If you waived your meal, tap Click here to waive meal to submit your meal waiver. Tap the save icon in the top right corner to save your timecard or tap Next to review your timecard. After your supervisor has approved and signed your timecard, a green check will appear on the shift in your schedule indicating your timecard has been submitted. 

 

View your pay history and update your tax information

 

 

Stay up to date on your finances and tax information with the Mobilize app. At the end of each week, you can view a summary of your paycheck in the app. In Mobilize, tap More from the bottom navigation bar and select My pay. Tap Pay history then select the pay date you want to see. From here you can see information for the pay period, a breakdown of your pay, your tax withholdings, your earnings, and sick accruals.

You can update your bank details and your federal tax information, including your deductions, withholdings, dependents, and marital status, all from the Mobilize app. To add or change your bank account information for your direct deposit, tap More from the bottom navigation bar and select My pay then select Bank details. To update your tax information, from the navigation bar, tap My Pay then W-4 Information to make changes at any time.

Upload and manage documents and credentials 

Say goodbye to the hassle of scanning, emailing, or faxing your credentials. With the Mobilize app, you can take a photo of your credentials directly through the app or upload an image from your phone. Once you submit your credential, our compliance team verifies the information you submitted. Plus, you'll have all your documents neatly organized in one place. You can also receive notifications when they're about to expire, helping you stay one step ahead of the game! 

 

To upload a credential in the Mobilize app, tap More from the navigation bar, then Credentials. Tap the appropriate credential category then the Add button. From the drop-down options, select the credential you want to upload, then tap Continue. Enter any required information for the credential then tap Add file to either take a photo, choose a photo, or upload a file. Next, tap the Save button to submit your credential. 

You can conveniently view your uploaded documents in the Credentials section of the Mobilize app for easy access. If you have uploaded credentials that have an expiration date, you will receive notifications through the app when your credential is about to expire, allowing you ample time to renew it.
