What do you love most about healthcare recruitment?
I love the challenge of finding the right fit for a nurse and a facility. The job is consistently changing and there is never a dull moment! I love my team in Kansas City, each of us brings a special skill and talent to the group!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
My hobbies are keeping up with my two teenage boys!! My oldest is at K-State and my youngest is going to be a junior in high school and is on the wrestling team. Our weekends are usually filled with going to his matches.
What do your co-workers say is your “office personality”?
My co-workers call me their “work mom”. I am the oldest in the group and I try to take care of everyone. They like to tease me about being old, but secretly I LOVE IT!

What do you love most about healthcare recruitment?
I love being able to meet new people. I learn new things every day from many different people in different aspects of the medical field.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love to cook, cater events and of course the Florida beaches!
What’s your favorite thing to cook?
Specialty egg rolls. I like cooking outside the box. If you think it or dream it, I’ll stick it in an egg roll!

What do you love most about healthcare recruitment?
I love developing meaningful relationships with other healthcare professionals. It enables me to better direct our nurses to available opportunities and create a win-win for everyone. No two days are alike in recruiting, which keeps me busy and engaged. I’ve learned there is a true art to matchmaking.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy watching my 2 kids play sports and spending time with my family. I am also a huge Cubs and Blackhawks fan! I love to watch movies, reality TV shows and read. Since I live in Chicago, I love to eat pizza!

I am the office mom! I love to help my team and I always have a smile on my face.

What do you love most about healthcare recruitment?
I most love all the different people I come into contact with. I married a nurse, who is now an NP, so I have a soft spot for healthcare professionals. Nurses are the faces representing the experiences patients and their families will remember. Though I’m personally very far from having anything to do with the care residents and patients receive from a Favorite Healthcare Professional, at least at some point I had something to do with sending great people their way.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I love to play with my kids, visit new places and run.

What do you love most about healthcare recruitment?
I absolutely love the healthcare field in general. Recruiting gives me a chance to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I get to be the person who gets medical professionals excited about work they love to do and help them provide for their family.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work you can find me fishing!!!! When I’m not fishing, I am helping my community by serving he less fortunate members of it on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s.

My co-workers will tell you that I am very straight forward, quick on the draw, reliable, dependable and will go out of my way for anyone.

I love to travel! I enjoy visiting new places and hiking in national/state parks when I have the opportunity to!
